DMCA Policy

MovieMintX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and comparable laws in other jurisdictions, we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. What We Host

MovieMintX publishes publicly available cinema information — titles, release dates, ratings, short synopses, posters and stills, anime cover art, box office figures, and short headline excerpts linking back to their original publishers — within accepted fair-use boundaries. We do not host, stream, or distribute video files, torrents, or copyrighted full-text articles.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on MovieMintX infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on MovieMintX where the allegedly infringing material appears.
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Designated Agent

We review all notices within 5 business days and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including: your signature, identification of the removed material and its original URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court.

5. Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

6. False Claims

Any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
